Cancellation Policy

📌 Terms & Conditions By enrolling in a class at Little Art Studio, you agree to the following: Class Fees & Payment: Payment Options Families may choose one of the following payment methods at enrolment: 1. Pay Online Payment can be made securely at the time of enrolment via the online payment options available through our website. 2. Pay in Person (Invoice) If “Pay in Person” is selected, an invoice will be issued by Little Art Studio following enrolment. The invoice will include bank transfer and PayID details. Full payment must be received before your child attends class. Places cannot be held without payment, and attendance will not be permitted until payment has been confirmed. Cancellations & Refunds: Term classes: Cancellations more than 14 days before the start receive a full refund (excluding booking fees). Within 14 days, no refunds; a credit may be offered at the studio’s discretion. Holiday programs & workshops: Cancellations more than 7 days prior receive a refund or credit. Within 7 days, no refunds (credit only if the place is filled). Studio cancellations: A full refund or credit will be provided. Credits: Valid for 6 months and subject to availability. Make-Up Sessions: Make-up classes are not guaranteed but may be offered based on availability and notice given. Safety & Wellbeing: All children must be well enough to participate. We reserve the right to send a child home if they are unwell or at risk of spreading illness. No refund or credits will be provided. Studio Rules: Respectful behaviour is expected from all students and guardians. We maintain a positive, inclusive space for creativity and learning. Photography Consent: During classes, we may take photos for promotional use (social media, website, etc.). Please let us know if you would like to opt out of having photographs taken of yourself or your child/ren. Allergies & Special Needs: Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or additional support needs during registration. Clothing: Art can get messy! Please dress your child in clothes you don’t mind getting paint on. Liability: While every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, Little Art Studio is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during participation in our programs. 🖍 By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
